These Terms of Use apply to the Website only. The provision of tutoring services is governed exclusively by a separate written Tutoring Services Agreement entered into between Marlow Learning and each client.

2. Intellectual Property

Protected by applicable Canadian copyright law, the intellectual property of Marlow Learning includes all content published on the Website, including but not limited to text, blog posts, and other written materials.

You may read and share links to Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, screenshot, photograph, paraphrase, redistribute, or republish any Website content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Marlow Learning.

You may not input any Website content, in whole, in part, or by paraphrase, into any artificial intelligence tool, generative model, automated content processing system, or other software for any purpose.
